When you're a boutique dive operation like us, dive spots are limited and every seat on the boat counts! Hence why we ask for a deposit to save your spot. We know that "stuff happens" and sometimes bookings need to be canceled. We want to be fair with your booking, so here's our cancellation policy:
* Deposits are fully refundable minus sales tax up to 30 days prior to your booking
* Deposits are 50% refundable minus the sales tax up to 15 days prior to your booking
* Cancellations made within two weeks of the booking, will result in a loss of your deposit.
* Refunds or deposit transfers to a later booking date can be requested at any time leading up to your booking if you have a documented flight cancellation or medical emergency.
* During your dive trip, you can cancel or change the date/time of a dive up to 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. This does not apply to private charter bookings.
Cruiseship Excursions
*Same policy above applies, but we will also provide a full refund if your cruiseship does not dock or the ship operator changes your arrival or departure time. We will need documentation from the cruiseship operator showing that there was a change in your schedule.
*We will not provide refunds for any mix ups on time zones on the part of customers, so please be sure that the scheduled you provide us is in local time.
*In your booking confirmation you will receive a confirmed pick up time with a 30 minute grace period. If you do not make it to the pick up location by this time for reasons other than a ship schedule change, our dive boats will depart as scheduled and you will not receive a refund. Your deposit covers transportation costs that we still have to cover, as well as divemaster-instructor commissions.
